World Challenge Hoodies

This group of girls are preparing for their World Challenge by fund raising, the girls had their hoodies prepared to promote their upcoming expedition. Each hoodie was embroidered on the front and had their personalised name on the back of the hoodie along with the map of the country which is their destination...Nicaragua.

Theatre Hoodies

Osprey Nationals Sailing Regatta

Shoredump has great links with sailing and windsurfing and we prepared the clothing to celebrate the Osprey Nationals at Lee on Solent Sailing Club.
The sailors wanted something different this year from the usual navy polo shirts and so chose the Indigo blue shirts as an alternative, the shirts were a sell out success and additional orders are now being taken.
The embroidered logo incorporates the Osprey Class logo with the Lee on Solent Sailing Club ensign, on the rear of the shirts is a montage showing a sailor hiking out on an osprey.

Girl's Rugby

Shoredump have become involved with Girl's Rugby. We were invited to prepare tour kit for Melbourne RFC Minxes on their recent tour to Bath Rugby Club and to prepare some Tshirts to promote the sport at a local event where teams from all over the East Midlands met for a special day, playing matches and learning new skills with like minded girls.

  

The Tour kit included polos (see No 11 in the picture) and black hoodies embroidered with their Club logo, with embroidered names on one sleeve and playing position on the other sleeve and printed on the back...all the girls loved their kit, a great reminder for them of their first tour.

Techno 293 2011 World Windsurfing Championships

Shoredump is an embroidery and printing company which has evolved through the sport of windsurfing and we were delighted to be asked again to supply the Tour kit for the sailors competing for Team GBR in San Francisco this week. All eyes are on our amazing windsurfers, the youngsters will be racing hard with their eyes on the medals for Team GBR.
The venue for the competition is the San Francisco Yacht Club, a very special place to visit for any sailor.

Techno Hoodies/Rash vests

Shoredump has evolved as a Company from the participation in the sport of windsurfing. Ashbourne Breast Cancer Walk 2011

Following on from the success of the 2010 Walk..it's time to get out your walking boots again and walk for Ashbourne Breast Cancer, this year the annual event is on May 21st . Do something amazing this year and join us on the Ashbourne Breast Cancer Walk,  open to walkers of all ages both men and women. Enter as a family or get together some friends from your work, college, school or community. Even get the neighbours involved, every person counts!


The starting point will be the ABCW Marquee, located in the field to the left prior to Carsington Visitor Centre (see starting point page for directions) leaving at 2.30pm. Therefore early arrival is recommended for all walkers, registration is required from all walkers in advance.

Help for Heroes

In the Summer of 2010 Shoredump sponsored a group of DTUS (Defence Undergraduates) from Newcastle University..the following extract is the story of their journey.

"On the 6th June 2010, our team of 4 commenced our extraordinary journey through Europe on the 1000 Mile Battlefield Bike Ride in order to raise money for ‘Help for Heroes’. Across the three weeks that followed we made our way from Caen in Normandy; through France, Belgium, Germany and Holland visiting many war memorials, battlefields and encountering interesting and helpful people on our way.
This event was ran on a minimum budget using mountain bikes and bergans in order to transport all our kit and ourselves for the full 1000 miles. We camped in tents that were carried on our persons and spent the majority of the nights sleeping rough. I don’t think any of us will ever forget being woken up by an Aldi worker telling us we can no longer sleep here as she needs to open her shop or stopping for coffees just for the luxury of proper amenities!
Having spent the journey visiting so many memorials it really was an eye opening experience which truly did bring home the scale of sacrifice made by generations before us and that same sacrifice which is still being made today to help make the world a safer place. 
On the 6th June, D-Day, when we landed in Caen it was incredible to see the numbers that had turned out to show their appreciation and even those who I had the great privilege of conversing with that had been there on D-Day, some being veterans. Another memory which will stay with me is the service held at the Menin Gate in Ypres every evening. This service of remembrance has been held every night since the signing of the armistice treaty and the bugler has never once played to nobody. To be in the crowd at this service truly was an emotional experience for all of us and it was just so great to see that generations before us have not been forgotten."
