Tourist Guide Clothing

In the heart of Derbyshire at the gateway to the Derbyshire Peak District is the thriving market town of Ashbourne, with lots of energy from the Ashbourne Partnership and funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund and the local Council there has been a new service established within the town to offer tour guides of the town. Shoredump has supplied the clothing and bags worn by the new Tourist Guides, the 'Uniform' consists of a black polo and a softshell gilet all embroidered up with the town crest and the wonderful Ashbourne Partnership logo on the back highlighting the magnificent church of St Oswalds, also the logo of the Heritage Lottery Fund is stitched on the chest of the clothing. The guides also have a shoulder bag stitched with the logo of the Ashbourne Partnership.
The Guides have brought much attention to the town and offer a fantastic service to our local residents and tourists alike. To book a tour of the town, all bookings are taken at the Tourist Information Office on the Market Place.
